For admission to M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering : B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or equivalent

For admission to M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering : B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering or Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent

For admission to M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering : B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / Engineering / Technology or Information technology or Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent or MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology

For admission to M.Tech. in Biotechnology : B.E./B.Tech. in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering / Technology or Chemical Technology (Food, Pharma) or equivalent

For admission to M.Tech. in  Applied Electronics &  Instrumentation Engineering : B.E./B.Tech. in Applied Electronics & Instrumentaton or Instrumenation or Instrumenation & Control or Eletronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering  or equivalent

N.B. :

Candidates appearing in B.E./B.Tech. (Final Semester) Examination may also apply.
 

• 18 seats for each course
• GATE qualified candidates would be preferred
• While high GATE score will be an added advantage, admission to the programmes will be based on written test and / or personal interview.

Application Procedure:

The aspiring candidates need to apply in prescribed application form, which is available at the Institute on payment of Rs. 500/- only in cash. Forms can also be downloaded from the Institute’s website (www.heritageit.edu) and submitted along with Rs. 500/- only in cash or DD drawn in favour of "Heritage Institute of Technology" payable at Kolkata.
