Re: Tender for Communication EngineeringLaboratory modernization of our existing Communication Engineering Lab.
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers for supply, installation & commissioning of Equipments for modernization
of the existing Communication Engineering Lab of our ECE department as per Annexure A
(Annexure A under MODROB Project Proposal Ref 8024/RID/BOR/MOD/882/9/10, 943 dated 12/21/2009 )
Detailed specification of each item are given in Annexure A attached.
Price should be quoted along with full specification and brand, if any. Catalogue/leaflet of the product should be submitted with the offer.
Taxes and other levies payable should be shown separately.
Rate quoted shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and shall not be subject to escalation on any account.
Quoted price should be inclusive of freight, insurance, installation and commissioning charges.
Successful bidder shall submit a Security deposit @ 1% of the total order value or furnish a Bank Guarantee from a scheduled Bank for equal value.
The bidder should submit their sealed bid along with VAT and PAN numbers.
Tender should remain valid for a period not less than 30 days from the date of submission thereof.
Tender documents can be had from our Institute complex at 994, Chowbaga Road, Anandapur, Kolkata – 700107
Last date of receipt of tender documents is 31.07.2010 and any tender received thereafter will be rejected.
Normal commercial warranty/guarantee shall be applicable to the supply equipment.
Notwithstanding all the above, the Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
