Computing Laboratory for MCA/MBA

This Laboratory has 35 P-IV terminals attached with printer. All the terminals as well as the printer are networked. The software that are installed here are: Windows 98, Windows 2000, Turbo C++, Office XP, Norton Antivirus Corporate ED.

The Laboratory contains a SCO UNIX server (ver. 5.0), Windows 2000 Server on IBM X225 Intel Xeon, 72 P-III/P-IV terminals and 10 printers. All nodes are networked. The Softwares used are Windows 98, Turbo C++, SCO Unix, Windows 2000 server.

Computer Architecture & Organization

This laboratory contains Function Generators, CROs, power supplys, IC Tester, Digital Multimeter, Logic Probe IC of 35 different types, Resistances, Capacitors, CEDs, DIP Microswitch etc. The students implement simple logic circuits using IC chips, breadboard and power supply.

Database Management System Laboratory / Analysis and Design of Information Laboratory / Operation Research Laboratory / Object Technology Laboratory

This Laboratory contains an Oracle server running on Windows 2000/IBM Intel Xeon platform and 36 P-IV terminals and 4 printers, all networked. Software's used in the above mentioned labs are - Visual Basic 6.0, Oracle 9i, etc.

Operating Systems Laboratory

This Laboratory contains a Linux server running on IBM X225 Intel Xeon server connected to 36 P-IV terminals and 3 printers. Students practice the Linux commands and do the Unix Shell programming and various Operating System Laboratory experiments in this laboratory.
