The conference aims to provide a forum for scientists, researchers, software developers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and approaches, to present research findings and state-of-the-art solutions, to share their experience on potentials and limits, and to open new avenues of research and development, on all issues and topics related to optimization and its applications. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Papers of superior quality may also be invited for publication in special issues of prestigious journals.
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by referees and the accepted papers will be published in SPRINGER conference proceedings, which will be indexed in EI and Scopus. Furthermore, selected papers will be published in special issues of prestigious international journals after further revision, if necessary.
